Abner The Riolu Re-Design

I didn't really like Abner The Riolu's last design. It was...lazy of me. The only problem I have with this drawing is his arm covering his face looks off. Like half is arm is shortened or something. If I colour it I'll fix it. I was going to colour this anyway, but I'm tried. This pose looked cooler in my head.

Goals: Abner's main goals are revenge and to bring everyone he knew and loved who didn't deserve death back to life. He'll do anything to get that power.

Bio: Abner was once a normal Riolu who lived with his Family and Friends in one Tribe that stuck together. They lived peaceful and didn't have many problems. However an ambush happened, the Zoruas/Zoroarks Tribe attacked the Riolu/Lucario Tribe, even though the Riolu/Lucario Tribe had the type advantage, there were far too many Zoruas/Zoroarks to handle. For every Riolu or Lucario in the battle there were 10 more Zoruas or Zoroarks. Every single member of the Riolu/Lucario Tribe was killed. Only 2 survived. Shell The Riolu, who was Abner's younger sister who got away before the Ambush happened and Abner himself. However while Shell got out without a scratch on her, Abner wasn't so lucky. He was badly burned. His blue fur was now grayish black and he went insane when he woke up and realized everyone he ever knew and loved had been killed. Abner holds some of the Tribes stories and secrets and knows of a way to bring them back and kill the Zoruas/Zoroarks Tribe for what they've done. But before his mission started Abner went missing for a year to do some training and to find ways to get stronger then he thought possible. He made a promise to not let anything or anyone stand in his way to getting the power to bring his loved ones back. Even if he has to kill people who stand in his way in order to gain it. Abner doesn't talk much or let his emotions show or slow him down. 

Abner is the main Villain, the second strongest character and the biggest threat in Hope In Friends. Newt and Andy can't beat him even if they worked together. When Pokemon hit Abner, he doesn't even flinch most times and the attacks leave no marks on him. Only much stronger Pokemon can harm him and even then it doesn't hurt him much, it just annoys him. You know how a level 1 Pokemon takes on a level 100 Pokemon? It's like that. They can hardly do any damage to him. And that's even if you can touch him, he moves way to fast with agility and is very skilled at dodging attacks.

His punches and kicks feel like steel and his Aura Storm move can make anyone who happens to be in front of it disappear completely.
